My Ravenheat LS100 combi boiler switched off due to low water pressure. I have topped it back up but the pump will not come back on now. Can anyone advise?

undo the screw marked bleed (place a cloth under first)
insert a small screwdriver and see if the shaft will turn
is the pump hot
