RavenheatCSI 85T Hot water problem

Hi out there,
My Ravenheat boiler seems to be working fine! however now when we switch off the central heating, the hot water in the taps isn't (hot) if you know what I mean. I've cranked the water thermostat dial up as far as it will go just to get hot water. I was told to limit the flow of water into the boiler by adjusting the inlet tap, yes this works but on turning on the taps it sounds as if theres a hot air balloon taking off under the floor boards.....any ideas oh wise ones? :

Do you mean that the diaphram may need replacing or is this an adjustment that I could make?
