Hi any help appreciated, first off we have a water leak but am unsure how to get to the plumbing? (Had no experience with these before) keep getting air in the radiators so guessing it's the Rayburn! The flame burns blue in colour and constantly but not a tall flame, if you turn it all off and leave to burn out then restart it the flame fills the burner, is yellow and the radiators start to warm up. After an hour or so the flame dies down and the radiators cool off. The only way to warm them up is to reset the system?

You need a service engineer who is well versed in these beasts. Definitely not a DIY project. Many oil techies will not look at these. The radiators are heated by the lefthand burner which is an aspirated vaporiser, the right burner is for the oven, and maybe a little hot water.

Hi, Any help gratefully received. We have aRayburn 368k and it only heats the hot water and the Rayburn for cooking. The 2nd boiler originally used to heat the radiators has been disconnected (due to it being a bit hopeless.)
The issue is the cooker top and oven never get very hot from the 3 small burner pots (but the water is nearly boiling.) Would it be possible to take all the burners out the cooker and put in 1 large burner pot and will it help the cooker top and oven heat better?
I have found a lightly used but good condition Rayburn 308k locally I could use for parts. Would rather not change the whole cooker if possible. Thanks
