Rayburn question

Has anyone here done or know how to convert an Oil fired rayburn BACK to Solid Fuel?

We are going to buy a used Rayburn and one has come up that was solid fuel originally but converted to oil. How hard would it be to re-convert it?

The ones I have seen are "Butchered" beyond repair.
