RCD spur question

Doing some homework...

On an RCD fused spur I have in front of me there are two earth connections "E" and "SE". What does SE stand for?

Should the LOAD go in the E or SE (and presumably the LINE goes in the other)?

Or can both earths go into one...?

Can I make a guess that its a Volex one?

The crap drawing they supply does show you what to do but if i remember link the two together for normal use, i believe the se terminal only needs to be not linked when the rcd is being used in a clean earth system.
