RCD Protected Fused Unit

Hi,
Just bought RCD unit to install with shower pump.Looking at the connections on the back of the RCD it all seems quite simple except for one thing im puzzled with.The wiring diagram shows one earth connection i assume for the load and line but there is also an second earth connection labled SE earth which the diagram doesn't mention;should i be worried.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you see a direct metal link between the 2 earths? If so, treat them as one terminal, they do the same thing.
