Need far more information.

Is it any appliance or one particular appliance.

If one appliance what is it ?

Has this problem started after any work was done in the house ?

have you tried unplugging every appliance then pliugging in one by one?
try the fridge freezer first!

just hav a conservatory built about 2 mnths ago,it trips with different appliances, sometimes wont go on at all sometimes will???

So it is just the new sockets in the conservatory which are causing the problem? Are they on their own circuit?
Or all the sockets?

N to E fault somewhere - suspect conservatory if no issues previously.

The more load introduced, the quicker it will trip. Will not matter which protected circuit, or appliance - very indictive of a N to E fault.
