Rcd tripping

So first night we’re it did NOT go off since unplugging the garage light.
going to leave it for today aswell and see what happens. But it’s an improvement. Looks like it’s done guys

Interesting- and perhaps 'hopeful'. Is that with both the washing machine and fridge/.freezer plug into the kitchen sockets circuit (and the fridge/freezer running) ?

All appliances are back connected since yesterday. The wire that went into the garage was sitting low in a socket and was slightly wet.

Fair enough.

The wire that went into the garage was sitting low in a socket and was slightly wet.

As I've said, that might cause RCD trips, but would not really be expected to cause an RCD to trip, particularly on a sockets circuit.
