Re-attaching velux windows

I've got some GGL-6 glazing panels to replace (c400mm wide). That seems to be the easier bit.

Any hints on how to get the whole window back as there's hardly any space to get the window in position, line up the pivot hinges, and slide everything back. Seems to be a '4 hands' job with barely space for one person to get their hands in.

It takes confidence and practise. I have lifted them in and out on my own, but it is easier with two - one doing the main lifting, the other lining up the hinges.
