Re-charging internal expansion vessel

Has anyone recharged the internal expansion vessel on this cylinder? I believe it's a case of turning the cold feed to the cylinder off. And opening the lowest tap on the system. Then also operating the pressure relief on the composite valve?
I am G3 just a while since come across one with internal vessel. Thank you
