I have a solder ring 15:22:22 tee I fitted that is leaking after I turned the water back on so I drained down the system and removed it using my butane torch.. I am wondering if I could resolder another tee onto the the same pipework after I have rubbed them down with emery? (they still have some solder left on the ends rom the previous joint) Or should I go for a copper push fit as I think the problem may have occured because I have ltd access with the blow torch. Any opinions appreaciated

Better not to use push fit - you might have difficulty making pipes very smooth, but solder on the pipes is less of a problem if you use another solder fitting.

The trick is to heat the pipes just until the old solder melts and then wipe it off quickly with steel wool, being careful not to burn your fingers!
