Re ideal accent flush diaphragm change ?

Feel like it sometimes
It’s not a big cistern, only holds two phones
out of curiosity.
Are all pans the same height from the floor to the straight P outlet through the wall.
Just in case I deem to change it?
If the seat screw goes again, it would be cheaper to replace the lot, than another new seat !

Hi Guys, seem to have hit a snag.
Put new Fluidmaster siphon in tank, but of a game with adjustment for overflow height, and side handle, which is not adjustable like front handles, just a hook, had to set at 8 inches as bell housing was impeding side flush lever, only one hole for hook
However, it doesn’t seem right to me, there is a gap of at least half an inch between tank and pan where doughnut and coupling bracket are.
The tank does not sit flush on the pan, as the other one did.
Is it because the dough nuts new ?
It,s in and working ok, not bothered about the dual flush just use full
