Re-pressurising a betacom 30c

Hello all,

Recently brought my first house and took 2 upstairs radiators off to get the rooms re plastered. I thought i had managed to isolate the rads before taking them off however i have since lost all pressure in my combi boiler (betacom 30c). Can anyone advise which valves i should open to re pressurise the system. Also should the boiler be on or off whilst doing this?
