hi, all
i live in a 1960s 2 bed bungalow with the central heating pipes buried under the concrete.
the question is can i just re route the pipes into the loft and drop them down ?
if so do in need to put a bleed valve to let the air out in the highest point ? or any other pointers welcome.
worcester combi greenstar junior ..
hope this makes sense
cheers

yes you can do that and a manual air vent is a good idea, I wouldnt recommend an automatic air vent, they constantly leak and will damage your ceiling

thanks for reply , any idea where in the pipe run to place it ?
i.e above boiler or over the last pipe drop ?

I would suggest any air will collect in the flow, at the farthest end of the highest pipe, so fit a bleed there.

Edit U changed to I
