Re-routing sink waste pipe

I am fitting a new sink with unit underneath on a different wall in our small downstairs cloakroom. The waste level is lower at the sink than it is at the other end. how important is the levels and are there any other options.

water won't go uphill. and will cause blockages.
can,t you lower the other end ?

how important is the levels

They is very important.
An option would be a Sanishower or to lower the waste.
Or you could put a bucket in the unit underneath and empty it down the toilet every so often
