help, my rear lights on my Peugeot 206 T reg are not working, bulbs are ok, fuses are ok, indicators, brake lights and reversing lights all work, any ideas folks?

Are there any additions to this one, like a tow bar wiring harness being fitted recently?
Testing the supply circuit is easy enough - with a 12v testing screwdriver with a needle point on the end!
