Hi,

I'm looking at buying a reciprocating saw and I've got a couple of questioins i'm hoping you may be able to help with.

Firstly, Corded or Cordless?

Second is stroke length! Which is best long or short stroke length? I've seen them range from 11mm to 30mm.

What would you recommend from experience etc?

Cheers

Ian

My girlfriend reckons you can't beat a long stroke length.:D

One thing to remember is that the longer the stroke length the more blades you'll break by hitting joists and stuff in front of you. I've got a Makita that seems just about right but I don't know the length.
