Recommeded paint for dried expandable foam.

The mortar around this gas-pipe had pretty much crumbled away. As you can see I have filled the affected area with expanding foam and started to cut the excess away with a junior hacksaw and stanley knife. I will try to improve things by sanding but could anyone recommend what sort of paint/s would help it blend in with the brick wall.
