Recommend Paint For External Masonry Window Sill

Window sill is preped (removed flaking paint, filled and sanded)

What White gloss paint would you guys recommend.

I was tempted to use Bedec MSP Soft Gloss or Zinsser All Coat. Does anyone have any experience with either of these paints?
 
They are a bit different. I like Zinsser. Can't give you a good reason..
