Recommendation for concealed cistern

Have been advised not buy "cheap", but what's classed as cheap?
Screwfix have a Fluidmaster for around £45 and that seems to be the going price for cable operated ones
Pneumatic Insulated ones-
Dudley Vantage around £90 including the button.
SIAMP do a pneumatic insulated for around £70 (the Intra)

Any recommendations and is it worth getting a pneumatic v cable type?

Nothing wrong with the fluidmaster. Fitted loads with no problems. The parts are also widely available, cheap and dead easy to replace if and when required.
