Hi All, any recommendations please in replacement boiler for a 40 year old stellrad. Still working fine no issues at all. But new boiler needed in order to route flu and overt small extension on other side of wall. Boiler must be able to have extended flu. System is open central heating with small tank in roof. Hot water emersion upstairs bathroom and cold water tank in loft. No plans to remove hot water emersion heater at present. 3 bed house 8 rads. One additional with future extension. Any thoughts cost effective boiler, any to even avoid. Thanks all
