Recommended makes of ovens?

My mother is pondering getting a new oven (she currently has an old Creda) and she's asked me to do some research into what's available.

As a starting point, which makes are currently the "best" in terms of usability, reliability, durability, ease (and relative cheapness) of repair and also availability of parts, etc?

I would consider a Baumatic make, the model would depend on the features required. They generally come with a two year parts/labour warranty and in my experience their customer service is very good. The parts if ever required are mostly cheaper than some of the bigger named brands, obviously genuine parts will be more expensive than the universal parts, that will cost about a 60% cheaper for the high priced components.
