Recover deleted Hotmail/Outlook folder

I just deleted a folder from Hotmail account, any ideas how to recover?.
It was a hard delete so its not in deleted folder.

Madder, thanks for link, I have contacted MS through there forum as they seem then to do private message. I was just hoping I could get a quick response from here.
