We've had a Veritas Alarm for a number of years. No problems with it. This week we've had windows replaced and one of the Tamper (?) boxes on the window is showing a red light rather than it's usual green light. When we try to set the alarm we now get a 'Zone 4' red light and a series of 4 rapid beeps repeated. Could ring the company but wondered if it's a simple fix.

Tamper boxes? Could you mean a vibration/ window contact.
Its sounds as though you've either damaged the cable or not refitted the device to the new window correctly

Sounds like the "tamper box" is a vibration sensor and has been triggered when the new windows were installed. You will need to remove the 12v from the unit to reset it.
