Reducer Question

I am fitting a cloakroom. As part of that I am fitting an Ariston Water Heater. In order to do this I need to fit a hotun to the pressure relief discharge.

The hotun flows out into 22mm. My waste system will be 32mm solvent weld.

Is there a product/fitting that enables me to connect 22mm copper to 32mm solvent weld?

With a 10L heater such as that I thought you had to have a G3 certificate to install them.
