Refitting concrete Roof Tile

Hi Folks,

I have just had to re-felt and baton an area of roof using Marley Mendip double pantiles with interlocks. The area I have worked on has an old fashioned concrete tile valley at the far left hand. Now I am refitting the tiles I am ending up with the tiles rocking and wanting to settle leaving the interlocks open by 5mm in places. Any ideas how I can fix this?
