Reform Policies

I've never understood what is wrong with 'artificially levelling the playing field'.
It can achieve an unforeseen outcome. A chap I knew in The local councils HR team said they adopted an internal recruitment first policy. Based on the success of inner London boroughs where a similar policy had increased the number of under represented minority staff. It didn’t work because mateys Council was 99 per cent white and continued to be so. I suspect they knew that all along.

Is there no depths that noseall will not drop to -weaponising his own sons health to troll with
Sharing an experience is not weaponising. My only concern is that a lot of unnecessary drug trials are carried out .

When you think that recruitment has been heavily weighted against minorities for centuries, it comes as no surprise that some folk think that a wee bit of parity would be fair. The RWR are up in arms of course.

More self aware, really. That and I didn't want to be seen to be drinking (for the sake of it) in front of the sprogs.
But you said you was fine with your kids taking recreational drugs (dependant) upon the drug? You have a funny moral compass.
