Charitable Donation Agreement​

Date: 2-September 2026

Parties:

• Mottie ("the First Party")
• Noseall ("the Second Party")

Background:
The parties wish to record an informal agreement regarding charitable donations contingent on the outcome of the next UK general election.

Agreed Terms:

1. Trigger condition (Mottie): If the Labour Party either (a) wins a majority of seats in the House of Commons at the next UK general election, or (b) forms the next UK government (whether alone, as the largest party in a coalition, or via a confidence-and-supply arrangement) following that election, then Mottie agrees to donate the sum of £100 to ("Charity Name").
2. Trigger condition (Noseall): If Reform UK either (a) wins a majority of seats in the House of Commons at the next UK general election, or (b) forms the next UK government (whether alone, as the largest party in a coalition, or via a confidence-and-supply arrangement) following that election, then Noseall agrees to donate the sum of £100 to ("Charity Name").
3. Neither condition met: If neither Labour nor Reform UK forms the next government, no payment is due from either party under this agreement.
4. Both conditions met: In the unlikely event that both conditions above are somehow satisfied (e.g. a Labour–Reform coalition), both parties shall make their respective donations in full.
5. Timing: Any donation due shall be made within 7 days of the election result being formally declared, or of the relevant government being confirmed, whichever is later.
6. Evidence: The paying party agrees to provide proof of donation (e.g. a receipt or confirmation email from the charity, redacted as appropriate) to the other party within 7 days of payment.
7. Nature of agreement: This is a personal, good-faith wager between the parties and is not intended to create a legally binding contract enforceable in a court of law. It is signed as a record of a mutual gentleman's agreement.
8. Definition of "election": For the avoidance of doubt, "the next UK general election" means the next election to the UK House of Commons following the date of this agreement, whenever called.

Its not a charitable donation agreement its a playground gamble, afaik gambling agreements aren't enforceable by law, its how the big gambling companies have got out of paying out if there is something suspicious going on
