Doctors Dentists and Engineers was always the claim from the pro migration lot - let them in, we need them. So it is a very laughable claim from the looney Left

I think it was some politician in a speech where it was referenced and it was linked to migration and needing more Doctors and Nurses. So then when migrants are seen running around towns and cities with machetes people tongue in cheek say - oh look at those doctors and nurses.
