Just done a "Landlord's Certificate" under time pressure because landlord has a tenant wanting to go in Monday.

Boiler doesn't look particularly old, but is in fact a conventional flued type, operating dangerously, so it has to come out. None made like that any more, so a new boiler has to go elsewhere.
