Currently have a boiler overflow pipe that goes through the wall at about 7ft from the ground. So if water was to come out, it would drip from 7ft to the ground.

I have to move this anyways (see here: https://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/boiler-overflow-pipe-fitting-regulations.611742) and I'm wondering whether I can pipe this internally to come out the wall about knee height?

My ultimate question is, are there any regs about where this should be? How long the pipe should be? etc?

pics are always best, boilers dont have overflow pipes, it is probably the pressure releif valve discharge pipe
