Relaying parquet flooring

I want to relay some damaged parquet flooring. I have some matching wood bocks, but am wondering what adhesive to use nowadays. The existing floor is glued down with a bitumin-type adhesive, I assume there is a modern equivaent? What should I use?
If it is relavent, the blocks are about 70mm x 210mm

As long as the blocks are free of bitumen (and the underfloor too) you could use Basicoll PU-650SE in a 2.5 kg flexpack
