Relocating the bathroom

hello all

im thinking about relocating my bathroom but wanted to check if you are aloud to run the toilet waste pipe under the floor of a adjoining room, as the new rooms only side wall is directly onto the pavement.

any help would be great Thanks

You are allowed but only for a max distance of 6 metres for 100mm pipe size and the pipe must fall a minimum 18mm per metre.
But you may have problems with joists!
Use of saniflo may be an alternative.
