When installing new upvc doors, deglazing is necessary but what about the door panel (not sure what the technical name is) ? Should the door panel also be taken off and the door frame installed first, then the panel screwed in and glazed ?
I find that if the panel is still on it makes it difficult to get the door frame square and the panels can add additional weight to the frame and consequently twist it but I've seen videos of people install doors with the deglazed panel still on which would almost certainly twist the frame as they fully open the door panel, even if a little.

If you mean the door sash , then yes most do it with the sash installed . Normally get the door in situ, open the door and support the door sash to stop it from distorting the frame work
