Hi, I had wall ties fitted in 2014, since then the wall is still moving, the window trim is lifting away and I can see the ties are not touching the inner wall.
I've tried several times to get the company that installed them to re do them, they keep fobbing me off.

I got a quite today of 2200 pounds including some pointing, which seems a lot for the work involved, it's just one wall at the front of the house.

Is there any reason to not re do them myself?
At least I would know they met the inner wall. Is there a way of testing they are anchored properly?
Is there any advice anyone can give me on this please?

Thanks

Thanks
