Hi I had a tiling done sometime ago, and just realised the tiler left the edge of the trim quite sharp (he should have done it in such a way that sharp edge would somehow be rounded etc... it has become a hazard as the sharp edge graze the skins and causes cuts. It has become a safety hazard.

I was wondering if there is any way I can brush the edge of the trim with some kind of a filer or some tool. I am a bit nervous of runnign an angle grinder where the tile is glued to avoid unnecessary damage.

Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how best to correct this problem?

Thanks
LK

Tile trims are often made from aluminium so a sandpaper of around 120 grit used gently should be able to take the edge off it for you. Use a small block of wood to wrap the sandpaper around for a bit more pressure too and be careful near the tiles.
