Replacing plastic edge trim

Hello

I have some plastic homelux edge trim and I would like to replace it with stainless metal trim or similar.

Is this possible without removing the tiles? Has anyone done it?

My thinking was to try and pull the old stuff out, but not sure if its worth it or not!
Advice from anyone who has done this, would be great!

Yeah I think I will just leave it as I don't have any spare tiles. Thanks for the reply!
