Remove glass from old CR Smith Lorimer windows?

Does anyone know how to remove the double glazed panels from 30 year old CR Smith 'Lorimer' windows? The fixed windows are easy - curved mouldings which pop off. However the opening windows are very different. I can ease a scraper between the moulding and the aluminium frame on the edge (red arrow on attached photo), and open it up by about half an inch, but beyond that, it just won't budge. It feels completely attached where the moulding meets the glass on the inside. You can see where I've removed the crumbling seal to get a closer look to see what the problem is. (The whole point of doing this is to replace all the seals). Am I missing something? I don't want to crack the glass by forcing tools in...
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Pull gasket from inside.
Remove bead from the outside of window is my guess.
Glass comes out

Thanks for your reply. It's perhaps hard to see from my photos, but the exterior aluminium frame is solid, so the only way for the pane to come out is by removing this plastic moulding. The gaskets on both the inside and outside won't pull out as they are perished and just break into tiny pieces, leaving the rest in place. But even if I could get those out, the pane will still be held behind the plastic moulding.

Ah, my apologies for not noticing that thread! This was my first post on the forum and I dived in without doing a proper search. I guess I didn't think that someone else would have the very same issue!
I've just gone and checked my window, and yes, there are large self tappers hidden under the lock guides. As you suggest, safer to take the whole window out, even if it's quite a job to drill out the rivets. Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

If there's no physical glazing bead on the outside to remove the glass then it's a strip down unfortunately and the gasket will then be a wrap around like this....

That's really helpful to know, and explains why I couldn't get the old gasket out, even when trying to prise it out with a small screwdriver. You've saved me a lot of heartache as if I'd gone ahead taking out and dismantling the window, the new gaskets I have are not the wraparound type and would not have fitted. Many thanks!

Before ordering any wrap around check your existing dimensions like glass unit thickness, gasket wall thickness, they may all look the same but there are subtle differences
