Hi, I moved into a new house fairly recently that is fitted with a wireless Novar ED&S alarm. It has 2 PIR's, control panel and bell box. The previous tenant left s 2 key fobs but no code and I want to remove it and fit a new system. I removed the 2 PIRs which set the alarm off so I know the batteries are still working. What next? Do I remove the bell box before the control panel? If so how can I stop the alarm sounding if I take it off?
In addition the alarm has started to activate randomly at about 24 hr intervals. Is it because I moved both of the PIRs?
