Remove pir!

Hi. I have a scantronic 9448 plus. I want to remove a sensor i cant get the thing off the wall (won't come a part) help please..

Insert screwdriver into small gap on the underside and prise off ( remove screw if fitted first )

Ya. Came off. What's next stage please. Thought the alarm would have gone off tbh. It has a spring thanks for your help

I have it off the wall . If I cut the wire will the alarm to off?

Don’t cut the wire as you will blow the fuse ....and may set off the bell, you need to disconnect the pir cable in the control panel first

I don't know which one it is.. In the box how do I identify this? We had a new door back a while back this was cut and never caused a problem. Was i just lucky? Thanks

I can see the red/black from kitchen shall I disconnect them?

Disconnect red and black , remove the blue and white from the zone and put a wire link in the two terminals , doesn’t look as if there is a tamper connected if it didn’t go off when you took the pir lid off

By the way door contacts don’t have power that’s why you where able to cut it without issues
