removed tiles from bathroom wall

ive removed tiles from my bathroom walls , problem ive got is making good of walls , walls are covered in tile adhesive with notch trowel pattern
what options are open to me

could i reskim walls , when walls are re tiled will there be secure on skim

could i plaster board over walls

could i apply a coat of bonding

ever help would be apperiated

Scrape it off with an angle headed scraper.

The easiest - is to pay a plasters to do the job you end up with a lovely surface for tiling.

The cheapest - probably Dot n Dab.
