One of the black wires should have red tape on it, this is the switched live from the light switch and this goes to the BROWN wire in your new fitting.

The other black wire goes to the BLUE on your fitting

The 2 reds will need to go into a terminal block if your new fitting doesn't have provision to fit them as most don't.

Don't forget to earth the new fitting, this may mean putting the 3 earth wires currently in the ceiling rose into terminal block and running a new wire from that to your new fitting.

It may be easier to install a junction box (JB) first, see bottom Sticky. The black wire currently connected to the terminal with the brown wire needs to have a red marker put on it to signify it is a live and not a neutral wire. You then only have 3 wires into the fitting. If the spot is recessed, remember you need to keep fire barriers good.

I thought it was " there are two groups of people, those who divide people into two groups, and those that don't "
agree, use a JB or a chocbox+chocblock if there is not room to do it neatly in the fitting - then its a matter of copying the connectivity of the original, which is where tippex spots or felt tip pen marker comesin handy, and a notepad saying 1 and 2 go together and no where else, 3 to lamp live or whatever, etc...
