We want to take out a radiator that isn't used and is in the way. The problem is it is a sealed sytem (Powermax 185 combi boiler) and it does have a built in thermal store.
In previous houses there has always been a valve outside that we can drain the central heating system with and bob's your uncle but this doesn't seem to have one.
The instructions mention a 'water filling loop' but i don't know what that is.
Any instruction would be hugely appreciated!

Many thanks

HI

sorry not being rude but if you do not know filling loop then you will struggle doing this.
water can be drained through cracking a rad valve.enjoy. :D

Look at all the radiators down stairs and see if there are any drain off if not crack the rad valve and drain until system is empty. filling loop is only used to fill system back up ( if the rad is down stairs and on a drop then draining from else where will not drain that rad just drain from valve)
