I need to remove an internal door to plane the bottom. I understand the recommended way to remove it is to knock the pins out of the hinges. However, these hinges seem to me to have fixed pins - they are flush to the hinge top and bottom, with no top knuckle. Here's a photo:

What's my best approach to removing the door? Is there a technique for removing these pins or do I need to unscrew the hinges from the door frame?
