Removing bay window

Hi Bobasd. Thanks for the reply. Regarding the raised standing - do you know of any other ways this could have been done? I’m having works on the garden done shortly so maybe I could get something done better? Thanks again

not really at this stage of the game - best practice would have been to design it in to the original extn design. there are too many variables to take into account beyond landscaping work.
why not wait and see how it pans out in terms of any damp or condensation?
