removing cement from patio

Hi all,

After doing a few cementing jobs around the garden, i found the next day that 100% cement had gotten on to the patio below the wheelbarrow i used to mix it with, of course it rained slightly and now i have a nice whitish mess on my patio!

Can this be removed easily? if so what's the best to use, i can get hold of a power washer, will this remove it?

you can use patio cleaner from b&q with the power washer that should shift it.

You can buy cement remover from builders merchants but above post is better.

while i am here, what is the best cement to sand ratio for putting in dry for the gaps around patio slabs?
