Hi All,
I inherited a slab garage floor that the previous owner had thrown what I can only assume was self levelling onto and then gave up, as there is basically two random large patches of concrete over the floor. In thick and thin layers.
I have patiently chipped away at this using a hammer and bolster and made pretty good progress with the good thick bits, exposing most of the slabs but when you get down to the surface its hard to rid the thinner bottom layer.
Anyways, Ive come so far but losing patience,
Anyone any idea of how I could make my life easier (other than levelling over it again!)
My plan is to tidy the slabs - repoint, cover with some sort of dust protection and leave them as they are
Many thanks in advance for any advice!
