:( decided to remove a fence post from my front garden yesterday, put a notch in post so as i could lever it out with a big bar! stuck solid so decides to loosen it abit by attaching tow rope to car and gently pulling it.
 heard a big crack & did'nt want it coming through my rear window so plan b was put into action.
thought i'd dig out the surrounding concrete.4 hrs later finds out some t*** had only made the post 4" under ground & 3" above so noway would that post have lifted out.
some people.never seen that happen on ground force

did you mean ' instead of "

as four inches does seem not a lot,............. but if it were 4 feet
