Hi

I’m referring to the one which connects to wand, not the changeover pipe. I’ve been checking for blockages, cleaning filters as cleaner not picking up when in upright mode. (Good suction thru hose) I know this sounds like a ripped changeover pipe, but I changed that a year ago and it looks fine.

I don’t think it’s connected to loss of suction issue, but can’t remove the second hose. Ie push red clip back but it just won’t pull out

V frustrating as bought replacement hose

(Also checked the other small hose underneath ball and that’s fine)

Thank you.
