Hi there, this is my first visit to this site.

I was just after information about removing walls and moving plumbing.

Please see floor plan of the house we are looking to purchase, it's ideal e crept for the tiny kitchen which is a real deal breaker! We've looked into the price of an extension and its going to cost us a bit too much, so we wanted to look into the possibility of moving the downstairs WC to the hallway, and making the space on the right hand sidebar a big kitchen diner.

Any suggestions/advice greatly welcomed! Thank you!

If the wall on th r.h. side of the lounge is loadbearing,it will take a beam spanning across to the r.h. wall of the house. You could then put the wc under the head of the stairs (with the door facing the front door) and shift the other two walls).
You would need to engage a SE to check the beam size, and to ensure lateral stability is not compromised.
